"I live in a condo and recently there was a water leak problem when I turn on my a/c. Stewart was referred by my handy man. Stewart, the owner, came and check my place the next day after I called him. He gave a very detailed report about the problem and gave me couple options for fixing it. i ended up replacing the coil and furnace with a very reasonable price.
Stewart and his crew are hard working and very professional. They prep my place to make sure there is no mess left behind. They tried their best to keep the noise level low. This was certainly a custom solution and requiring quite a bit of creativity on you part to replace my air conditioning coil, revamp my supply and restore my return ducts. "Steve and his crew really went the extra mile when it came to modifying and reconnecting my HVAC system. They were friendly, professional, and clear about everything that needed to be done. Steve helped find the perfect solution to a difficult problem of re-running 70'+ of 12" hard ventilation piping, modifying a terribly done return, and installing new vents without damaging the walls. They also understood acoustical considerations and mounted the existing furnace on isolation pads to help minimize noise. I received a bid that was in line with my expectations and they worked late nights through the weekend to get it done. I've worked with dozens of contractors and would gladly refer them to any of my closest friends. "Our old AC unit hasn't been working for a while. My husband and I thought we could tuff it out go without for a while so we could be prepared for the cost of a new unit. We finally decided to break down, and call someone out to take a look. I called up Steve this afternoon hoping to have him come out by the end of the week. He exceeded my expectations by coming out this evening. It turns out that our unit wasn't going on because of something very simple. ( a loose door switch on the furnace was the problem) He, and his partner Justin continued to check everything out to make sure that it would run okay. We decided to take Steve's recommendation, and replace the unit, and upgrade to something more energy efficient. I will recommend Steve to everyone that needs to have their AC repaired."
